Shipping Methods
Shipping Time:
- Product shipments are made only in Greece.
- Orders placed before 13:00 are delivered the same day to the courier company (Courier), while orders placed after 13:00 are delivered the next working day.
- For the whole of Greece, the delivery time is 1-3 working days. Delivery is made to the address you have stated in your order.
- RAINBOW WATERS will inform you in a timely manner (via phone, e-mail and/or sms about the delivery date) in the event that, for a special reason or due to force majeure, it is not possible to meet the above stipulated delivery deadlines. In remote areas of Greece (e.g. islands and even during the winter season), the order may be delivered outside the above time frame.
- The delivery of the Products via the partner courier (Courier) takes place, after communication with the customer, during the following days and times:
Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00
- Ownership of the Products and the risk of loss or damage thereof shall pass to you from the moment of their delivery.
- If you wish to receive the Products, shipped in a different way from that provided for in these terms, you should communicate with RAINBOW WATERS and, if your respective request is accepted, assume any related costs.
Shipping charges:
The shipping costs are determined according to the shipping area and the amount of the order as follow:
For orders over 10€, shipping costs are free* for all of Greece.
For orders under 10€ and up to 5kg, the shipping costs are:
- Prefecture of Attica -> 2,00€
- Rest of Greece -> 3,90€
- Hard-to-reach -> 3,90€
For orders over 5kg the charge amounts to:
- Prefecture of Attica 0,60€ per kilo
- Rest of Greece 0,80€ per kilo
- Hard-to-reach 0,80€ per kilo
The cash on delivery fee is 1,90€
