It is essential for the proper functioning of the circulatory and digestive system (digestion, absorption and metabolism of food), blood pressure, brain function (3/4 of the brain is water, while helping with memory or focus problems), in the body's temperature regulation, while studies have shown that it helps protect against a variety of diseases (colds, constipation, urinary tract infections, nephrolithiasis, bladder cancer).

In addition, since humans can survive 70 days without food but not more than 15 days without water, daily and continuous intake of a sufficient quantity of water is vital to achieving optimal health. In order for the body to be properly hydrated, the average person should consume 8-10 glasses of water a day. We must to start drinking water first thing in the morning, and continue at regular intervals and in small quantities, throughout the day.
